Martin Atkins dedac2cdd6 website: v0.15 Upgrade Guide entry for Azure Backend arguments 
Terraform v0.15 includes the conclusion of the deprecation cycle for some
renamed arguments in the "azure" backend.

We missed this on the first draft of the upgrade guide because this change
arrived along with various other more innocuous updates and so we didn't
spot it during our change review.

Terraform Documentation

This directory contains the portions of the Terraform website that pertain to the core functionality, excluding providers and the overall configuration.

The files in this directory are intended to be used in conjunction with the terraform-website repository, which brings all of the different documentation sources together and contains the scripts for testing and building the site as a whole.
