When normalizing flatmapped containers, compare the attributes to the
prior state and preserve pre-existing zero-length or unknown values. A
zero-length value that was previously unknown is preserved as a
zero-length value, as that may have been computed as such by the
provider.
This folder contains helper libraries for Terraform plugins. A running
joke is that this is "Terraform standard library" for plugins. The goal
of the packages in this directory are to provide high-level helpers to
make it easier to implement the various aspects of writing a plugin for
Terraform.
