Fix #7690 : Update vendored cloudflare-go library ( #10910 )

There was an upstream fix to allow updating of DNS record name fields.
A few other comment updates, but that's it.

To avoid the issue #8011 I have updated the used client library, with
this update I don't get the mentioned issues like `unexpected EOF`
anymore.
Fixes #8011
