Hi there!
Started playing with the Bitbucket provider (great job @cwood!) and wanted to import a few dozen repositories. The documentation currently does not list it, but importing repositories is possible, using the following (for a repository identified as `my-repo`:
```
$ terraform import bitbucket_repository.my-repo my-repo
```

Handle the case where Route Table is already gone.
...
This commit changes the behaviour of the `ExistsFunc`, where by default
lack of a route table (e.g. already removed, etc.) would cause an error
to be thrown. This makes is hard to carry out any action e.g. plan,
refresh, or destroy, that rely on the route table existance check.
Also, make error messages a little better in terms of wording, etc.

Checking for azure credentials isn't required.
...
The check for ARM_SUBSCRIPTION_ID breaks the PR testing. The PR
testing isn't trying to check acceptance tests anyway.
There will still be a correct failure for missing ARM_SUBSCRIPTION_ID
when running the acceptance test due to the later testAccPreCheck().

terraform: resource provider must never return pointers to same data
...
This is a requirement for the parallelism of Terraform to work sanely.
We could deep copy every result but I think this would be unrealistic
and impose a performance cost when it isn't necessary in most cases.

Wait for our expected number of goroutines to be staged and ready, then
allow Run() to complete. Use a high-water-mark counter to ensure we
never exceeded the max expected concurrent goroutines at any point
during the run.
