Jake Champlin	0abfda4d8b	provider/aws: Allow lightsail resources to work in other regions Previously lightsail was limited to `us-east-1` only. provider/aws: Allow lightsail resources to work in other regions

Previously lightsail was limited to `us-east-1` only. This restriction has now been lifted to new regions.
