provider/aws: Adding a note to autoscaling group initial_lifecycle_hook (#11601)
Fixes: #11587 Adds a small note to the `initial_lifecycle_hook` to note that this will only work when creating a new Autoscaling group. For everything else, you need to use the `aws_autoscaling_lifecycle_hook` resource
