Update plan.html.markdown

Ran into an issue requiring `-var='foo=bar'` over `-var 'foo=bar'`.  

Without the `=` the generic response came back:

```
Usage: terraform plan [options] [DIR]

Generates an execution plan for Terraform.

 This execution plan can be reviewed...
```
