In 0.10 it was split into a separate plugin along with all of the other providers, but this provider uses several internal Terraform Core APIs and so in practice it's been confusing to version that separately from Terraform Core. As a consequence, this provider no longer supports version constraints, and so `version` attributes for this provider in configuration must be removed.
