`slice` extracts some consecutive elements from within a list.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
```hcl

slice(list, startindex, endindex)
|
|
|
|
```
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
`startindex` is inclusive, while `endindex` is exclusive. This function returns
|
|
|
|
an error if either index is outside the bounds of valid indices for the given
|
|
|
|
list.
|
